CENIT broadens SAP portfolio and expands presence in North America

Following a series of mergers and acquisitions in Europe, CENIT Group is now expanding its presence in North America: Effective July 17, CENIT is assuming a 60 percent stake in the US company Analysis Prime LLC – a global leader in SAP planning and analytics. With this acquisition, CENIT Group is diversifying its SAP business and achieves a major input of expertise in the SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) field.

The acquisition marks the beginning of a pioneering innovation partnership for SAP cloud planning and analytics. Pursuing its consistent growth strategy, CENIT Group is acquiring a 60 percent share majority in Analysis Prime LLC. The Chicago-based company, established in 2018 and currently employing 72 staff, specializes in four competency fields related to planning and analysis of key business processes based on the SAP architecture, including the SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Profitability and Performance Management, SAP Datasphere as well as SAP Group Reporting. With a record of more than 300 projects implemented worldwide and a wide variety of clients including US blue-chip companies, Analysis Prime is a global frontrunner in SAC expertise.

End2end SAP solution provider

The merger with Analysis Prime complements CENIT’s wide SAP solution portfolio and boosts the expertise of its analytics & planning segment. It is the next step toward the company’s goal of becoming a leading global provider of end2end SAP consulting, aided by proprietary SAP integration and add-on products. CENIT Group’s SAP knowhow covers the entire range of relevance, from classic SAP ERP topics and S/4HANA transformation to SAP PLM, SAP analytics in finance & controlling and on to IOT and AI applications.

Active path to growth

In taking this joint path, CENIT and Analysis Prime plan to build on synergy and expansion: The companies will pursue an active path based on shared resources and expertise that will boost SAP capabilities throughout the Group. The joint venture is thus entirely in line with CENIT’s 2030 strategy, aimed at an annual sales total of around € 300 million by the year 2025.

In addition to its established office in Auburn Hills, MI, CENIT Group now gains a further US presence. The two locations will collaborate closely to exploit new client potential for solutions regarding the SAP ecosystem and the wider CENIT portfolio.

We view our merger with CENIT Group as a perfect fit from a technology as well as a business perspective: The SAP analytics knowhow of CENIT subsidiary ISR AG is an ideal complement to our expertise and lets us develop joint high-profile solution scenarios in the SAP analytics & planning sphere. Additionally, our access to CENIT’s software solution portfolio for PLM, AI and cloud applications offers us strategic upselling and cross-selling opportunities in North America and especially in Europe. Like all CENIT Group subsidiaries, Analysis Prime will continue to trade as an independent legal entity, administrated by the then and now Managing Partners Graylin Johnson and Paul Davis. The name suffix “a CENIT Company” will signify Analysis Prime’s new corporate affiliation and the financial strength, market presence and future prospects it derives from membership in CENIT Group.
