Software Developer

What you can expect
As a member of an (agile) team, you develop, test and document software systems and products (infrastructure, application and database development). For example, you may be devoting your energies to new or ongoing development of products, systems and solutions. We place maximum emphasis on quality, and that makes verification a very important part of your development work. You won’t be going solo, but instead act in close collaboration with a team and share your expertise with the other team members.

What you bring to the table
Your foundation is a successfully completed course of studies in information technology, or similar training. Thanks to your software development skills, e.g. in Java, JavaScript or C#, you develop creative, high-quality solutions. You are very open-minded and curious about new technologies.

Sales Representative

What you can expect
You assume sales responsibility for a defined client segment and serve key accounts allocated to you, while also acquiring new customers. Your goal is to establish long-term trust-based relationships and maintain and expand existing client contacts. Focusing on solutions, you sell software products as well as consulting services. In preparing offers, you coordinate with internal and external resources and actively participate in price-setting. A team of specialists is there to assist you.

What you bring to the table
You have completed studies in information technology, manufacturing technology or business. You have thorough industry and process expertise regarding your clients’ industry segment and know how to leverage this to your advantage. As a networker, you build bridges to your customers and act confidently. You clients value your empathic, sincere approach. As part of your team, you always seek the best solution.

IT Consultant

What you can expect
You consult with our clients with a view to optimizing their business processes. Initially, you analyze existing processes with reference to currently deployed IT systems and applications. Taking specific client and industry requirements into account, you develop concepts for potential future processes. Your responsibilities also extend to the implementation of such new solutions. Depending on the client or project, your task field may additionally include presales support and conduct of workshops and training events.

What you bring to the table
You have completed studies in information technology, manufacturing technology or business and have a high affinity for everything related to IT. You have a thorough understanding of your clients’ processes, systems and challenges and are able to interact with them at eye level. You enjoy traveling to meet your customers. You share your expertise with your colleagues because you know you can only succeed as a team.

IT Support

What you can expect
You are responsible for installation, upgrading, maintenance and operation of IT infrastructures and applications. As first point of contact, you support our clients in the event of technical disruptions and application problems. Your tasks may involve activities in first-level through third-level support as well as project-specific duties, e.g. management of transition projects.

What you bring to the table
You have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or studies in information technology. You are familiar with operating systems, application servers and databases. ITIL is no foreign concept to you. Thanks to your outstanding problem-solving competence and your customer orientation, you can always find a solution. You share your expertise with your colleagues because you know that you can only succeed as a team.

Project Manager

What you can expect
You are the first point of contact for the respective client project and comprehensively manage all project aspects, from project planning to allocation of technology and staff resources, conduct of project audits and organization as well as qualified reporting and monitoring. You also launch new initiatives, contributing decisively to the implementation of new solutions and technologies.

What you bring to the table
You already have experience with handling complex IT projects and applying project management methods to bring them to a successful conclusion. Ideally, you possess a relevant certification, but this is no must-have. You enjoy taking responsibility and a structured approach. Your counterparts value your confident, convincing demeanor. You share your expertise with your colleagues because you know that you can only succeed as a team.
