Coristo is a proven specialist for the SAP PLM world: For the past 14 years, the company has successfully developed and implemented process and software solutions for core workflows, optimally complementing SAP standards.
CENIT had already acquired a 51% majority stake in Coristo in 2016. Since that time, the Mannheim-based company has operated as an independent entity within CENIT Group. The full acquisition of the company completes a major step by CENIT Group toward a full-range SAP solution portfolio. As before, Coristo will continue to trade under its own name as an independent enterprise.
Clear orientation – focused approach – sales growth

CENIT also expects the joint, optimized solution portfolio to generate sales growth and increased EBIT.
